Eminem(Stan/Bad Guy comparison)

So I played Stan and Bad Guy back to back today to see the comparison....and it blew my mind. Only Eminem can do something like this, I cant imagine how he could put something like this together its just amazing. When I first heard the first half of the song, I initially thought that it was directed towards his dad, like most of the hateful lyrics on MMLP2 are for, but as I really heard the lyrics, hes rapping from the point of view of this persona "Matthew Mitchell" who if you go back and listen to the song Stan, you draw the connection from the line: "You coulda signed an autograph for Matthew, That's my little brother man, he's only six years old we waited in the blistering cold for you, four hours and you just said, "No." That's pretty shitty man, you're like his fucking idol he wants to be just like you man, he likes you more than I do." So it seems that Matthew has got the same obsession of Eminem that his older brother Stan had and hes gotten to the point where he wants revenge on Eminem, blaming him for the death of his older brother and not responding Matthew's letters about him. The line where it all really comes together, one of my favorite lines is where he says: "Eminem killed by M&M, Matthew Mitchell, bitch, I even have your initials. I initially was gonna bury you next to my brother" Also draws connections from Stan where he says "Guess 90 on the freeway wasn't the brightest idea" and "Well gotta go, almost at the bridge, haha big bro it's for you" Also if you watch the music video for Stan, at the end you see little Matthew with his hair dyed blonde standing looking over Stan's grave, as if there's more coming, like he'll seek revenge......and he does. Just the way Eminem tells this story over the course of 2 songs, and we all had to wait 13 years to hear how it ended, just amazes me. This lyrical poetry is so far ahead of anyone else. I've always had Eminem in my top 3 of all time, with Biggie and Pac(Like Em says in Evil Twin: "Fuck top 5, bitch, I'm top 4, and that includes Biggie and Pac, whore, and I got an evil twin, so who do you think that 3rd and that 4th spots for?) but after this album, I'd go as far as to say this made a strong push for him to that number 1 spot on the all time greatest list....
